Paletitas con Amor started with one simple idea: bring nostalgic paleta flavors to modern celebrations across Dallas–Fort Worth.

From our family to yours

We offer individually packaged popsicles and a topping bar: you choose your paleta, and we dress it up with chamoy, chili powder, chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, cookie crumble, cereal, and more.

We can match your event style with color-themed decor, custom signage, and bilingual service in English and Spanish.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and warm-weather dates. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
Is there a minimum number of popsicles?
Yes, we typically require a minimum of around 50 popsicles for events. Share your event details and we’ll recommend the best package for you.
Can you customize flavors or colors?
In many cases, yes. With enough notice and depending on volume, we can build a menu around your favorite flavors or event colors.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Dallas, Texas and serve the greater DFW area. Travel fees may apply for events outside our main service area.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can list your preferred payment methods here, such as cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer.
How do I reserve my date?
Once you approve the quote, we request a deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is usually due on or before the event day.
